When Jade steps out of the temple, the beast stops and cannot leave. The beast then suddenly changes into a little girl who explains that she got lost and spent the night here. In the morning when she woke, the Temple began to disappear and so did she. She was trapped and changed into a beast when there is an intruder. Then, Jeu-Lin invites Jade in so she will not change into the beast. Jeu-Lin explains she read every scroll and was looking for a certain scroll to tell of how a real sorceror escaped long ago. Meanwhile, Jackie and the old man find the Lotus Temple. Shu Len transforms and chases Jackie. The old man goes on ... Jade comes and tells Jeu-Lin to invite Jackie, so she does and they go after the man. The old man was just using Jackie to get the scroll Jeu-Lin was searching for. It granted him great power. He empowered a suit of armour to attack Jackie, while Jackie thought it too could not leave the temple, but it could. While fighting some of the scroll inscriptions rubbed onto Jackies hand, he used this power to defeat the man. Then using the armour, he freed Jeu-Lin from the Temple's curse. The girl Jeu-Lin hasn't age since the night she was cursed. (AS)

Jumanji

Cartoon Series: Season 03; Episode #13: "An Old Story" aka "Bark At Jumanji" (11/30/1997)

The two kids accidentally fall into a whirlpool that is like a reverse fountain of youth. At first, they don't notice, but as time passes, they get older and older. Judy Shepherd goes from a preteen girl to a smoking hot blond with a great rack (not known if her cartoon clothes were damaged.) I'm not surprised about a rack that big on a kids show. That studio was also responsible for Duckman, and there were some legendary sized ones there. Probably the last great American AP that will ever hit the Tv screen. (last female non-Japanese AP scene, excellent growth, also male AP, old age scenes) The final girl to woman AP UC/CB depiction permitted in the western hemisphere occurs approximately 6 minutes and 11 seconds after the start of the episode. Sitting alone at her desk in Study Hall, where she was teased earlier by the more mature girls, Judy Shepherd is suddenly looking a lot taller. As she puts down her book, it is revealed she now has breasts. She looks at her reflection in the window, and gasps in surprise when she sees she has aged into a teenager with an hourglass figure. Her blue overalls have become much too short and too tight. At some point during the accelerated puberty, her lower hips and upper thighs ripped through the denim, but the straps have held. "What the? ... Oh no!" She sneaks out and steals adult clothes without being detected. Brother Peter grew up in the janitor's closet while being chased by bullies. The siblings continue aging into senior citizens, but revert back in the nick of time. By the start of the next episode, Judy's torn overalls have been replaced with an intact pair.

The clues:

#1: "When silk is torn and bondage ends, you must give up what you can't defend."

#2: "Youth must follow and age must lead. Two legs fail but three succeed."

Junkett Custard Commercial

TV commercial (1957)

That 1957 TV commercial for Junkett Instant Custard that I mentioned late last year on the AR Archive did not place in the top 10 of worst commercials of the 20th Century. But the ad was notable for is AR content. If depicted three children of ascending age in front of table with bowls of Junkett custard, which was billed as 'The Growing-Up Dessert.' The youngetst boy tastes a spoonful of custard and appears to grow almost a head taller. 'Look, he's growing,' the middle girl says, as she eas a spoonful herself and experiences similar instant growth. But the eldest boy protests to eat any, claiming that, 'Junkett custard is for kids.' He promptly shrinks until his eyes are at tabletop level. He grabs his bowl and begins rapidly shoveling the custard into his mouth until he regains his old size. The ad, which ran during afternoon kids' programs, was said to have hurt Junkett custard sales because some kids believed that it would affect their size in a similar manner.

Justice League Dark #16

DC Comic Book: "The Death of Magic, Part 2: Night of the Hunter" (03/30/2013)

Not long after discovering that he had been brought back to life by the journey to the strange new world of Epoch, Boston Brand was shot dead by Enforcer Vikar. Now, he is dead again, and travelling into this other world's afterlife. He spots a bright light on the horizon and determines that this must be his way back to his friends, but his way is blocked by a fiery creature demanding that he pay a toll. Rather than waste time fighting, Deadman simply shoves the interloper out with him into the real world, again. Vikar's attention is drawn to the fire elemental, and in accordance with his imperative to destroy all magic, he kills it. Meanwhile, Zatanna and Tim Hunter are surprised to learn from the magical beings of the Wild Underground that Tim is expected to be the ruler of this place. A creature named Alkion explains that the planet had once been a haven of magic, living in harmony with humankind. Unfortunately, the humans grew jealous of the others' powers, and began to develop science as a means of gaining control over the wild world. They used their science to run the magic beings into hiding, killing millions. In response, the greatest mage of those times rose up, and his name was The Hunter. He, Alkion explains, was Timothy Hunter's ancestor.

Fighting with his unusual quarry, Vikar refers back to his Network to determine what he should do with each of the strangers. After discovering that Frankenstein was created via an unknown science, his superiors command him to take the patchwork man back to them intact. Black Orchid - now a Class C elemental shambler - is to be collected as well. After analyzing Deadman, he captures the ghost easily. This leaves only a rapidly aging Madame Xanadu and John Constantine, who has lost his ability to lie. With little defence, and their friends captured, the pair surrender to Vikar, feebly.

Alkion explains how when it seemed that all was lost, The Hunter stole some human technology to create the Books of Magic and transport them all to Earth for refuge. Unfortunately, they were attacked as they were activating the devices, and only The Hunter made it to Earth. There, he hid the Books of Magic, and made it so that only someone of his bloodline could open them. Timothy did, and now he is in Epoch, and the few remaining magical beings there hope that he will lead them to victory over their human oppressors.

While Vikar is on his way to hand over his prisoners, Epoch is stricken by powerful tremors. These tremors, Network informs him, are global. Meanwhile, the magical beings of the wild underground notice the shaking too, and realize that something has gone terribly wrong.

On earth, Dr. John Peril realizes that the tremors from the other world are crossing into his through the portal he opened, and their magnitude is increasing. If he doesn't close the portal, trapping the Justice League Dark in Epoch forever, it could mean the apocalypse for Earth as well. (Female aP)

Defeated a second time by the Hawks, I.Q. found himself in the museum again, wondering whether there was something there that was filling him with super intelligence. He discovered that it was sunlight-triggered radiation from an alien stone that was responsible for his flashes of genius. Unknown to either I.Q. or the Hawks, the stone had been brought to the museum by none other than the interstellar hero Adam Strange. I.Q. then stole the stone, but accidentally left several fragments behind. From these fragments, Hawkman was able to deduce that an aura of super-mental energy which could stimulate thought was contained in the alien stone - an aura that could only be triggered by sunlight. This was the source of I.Q.'s ideas. Using this knowledge, the Hawks were able to capture the I.Q. gang and bring them to justice. They believed I.Q. would soon retuen to normal as the effects of the stone wore off. However, they were wrong. While in prison, I.Q. discovered that his contact with the stone had left a residual energy in his mind - which now could be triggered by I.Q. going into sunlight. His super mind restored, I.Q. soon escaped prison and embarked upon a new wave of crimes. At one stage, he enlisted the help of Chemo, hoping he would help him with an experiment to increse his powers even further. However, I.Q. and Chemo were defeated by Superman and the Metal Men, moments before thier plans reached fruition. I.Q. has also come up against - and been defeated by - Batman. I.Q.'s mind was destroyed by Prometheus, who gave him poisoned wine that regressed him mentally into an infant. (Mental Ar)
