The Acid House (male AR) 1998 movie triptych, Paul McGuigan, 3rd part. Coco Bryce takes one acid tab too many and an electrical storm switches his mind with an upper middle class enwombed baby. How to deal with a drunken, foul-mouthed baby? A nasty, conniving, sodding little brat, to be sure, but a baby nonetheless. His return to reality at the end is gratifying because anything would be better than the little Baby Chuckie. The infant was transformed into a rampaging Hibs fan.
Bugsy Malone (kinda like AR) 1976 movie musical, Jodie Foster. A gangster movie where all the gangsters are children. Instead of real bullets they use "splurge guns" that cover the victim in cream. The now controversial scene in the speakeasy has girls of about 11 doing high kicking dances and sensuously running their hands along their legs.
Rokoko (kinda like AR) 1997 movie, Germany. Children act as adults and adults behave like children. A neglected French castle, its surroundings and 18th century music are the stage for a costume comedy adapted from Carlo Goldoni.
Cumpleanos (male flash forward to middle age, face close-ups) Jim Minton experimental film, timelapse looks like morph effect. ("Birthdays" in Spanish) "The trick was taking 52 years of photographs of my own face and aligning them one over another. Even though it gives my Mom and girlfriend the creeps, you can see the interesting results I achieved."
Wild Wild West - Night of the Steel Assassin (AR) Man mentally changes an intellectual woman back to a showgirl-type child. Sue Ann Langdon is the actress. Very good, but a bit slow. (Time)
Hyperion (AR) Dan Simmons novel. A woman is exposed to something that makes her age backwards both mentally and physically one day for each passing day. Her father takes the infant to a holy spot. Very strong stuff emotionally. (Time)
Budweiser (AR) Beer commercial, ca. 1990. A tour group of elderly women is taken to the fountain of youth, where they are all turned into stunning women. The fountain is tiggered by a can of beer that is tossed in. Great stuff. (Time)
The Adventures of Pauline McPeril (male AR) Dr. Shrinkman turns government leaders and agents sent to arrest him into toddlers. He tries to slip Pauline the formula too, but after the old switching drinks ploy, Shrinkman gets his own formula. He turns into a 5-year-old, who is sent to nursery school instead of prison. (Ricky)

The girls bodies are enhanced when they transform from immature, gawky, sometimes bespectacled adolescents into curvy, winged superheroes replete with skintight, skimpy costumes. When the girls' transformations into their magical selves are described, their bodies become curvier, their lips poutier. Suddenly, they are supermodels. Most of the "art changes" are for foreign markets, like having to add some inches to hemlines and kneesocks for the girls' outfits in Saudi Arabia. They've probably added little pajamas in some scenes here, since the Europeans have no problem showing Will sleeping in her skivvies. Also a manga version.
More than once, transforming powers are misused to attract the latest crush or look good at a social function: W.I.T.C.H. Chapter Book: The Disappearance - Book #2 ISBN: 0786817291. Irma uses her powers so she can look noticeable at a party. She makes herself older and more mature looking but gets the wrong kind of attention! When a boy tries to kiss her she turns him into a frog. The girls just laughed at Irma when she confessed.
Uncanny X-Men (old age, AR) #452. Marvel Girl gets her age changed during a psychic battle, and the White Queen Emma Frost gets aged and fattened.
What If (AP, AR RN) V2 - #33, comic. The Shadow King tries to defeat Jean Grey by accelerating baby Rachel's aging and possessing her. Rachel is left with an adult body and infant mind. Jean uses the Phoenix power to regress her back to her proper age. (2bya)
22XX (AP, AR) Shimizu Reiko manga. 2 androids named Jack and Elena have passed the centuries unaging and eternally beautiful. Jack accidentally gasses a young cannibal. He comes back to find her transformed into an older, seductive woman who says her name is Ruby. As it turns out, Photrisians (Foturisu-jin) automatically switch between a normal day form and a night form that enables them to entrap victims to be eaten. This switch engenders a change in age, thought patterns, hair length, and all other aspects of her. Jack and Ruby consummate a relationship that switches back and forth between dangerous encounters and light comedy as the adult Ruby attempts and promises to kill and eat Jack and the child Ruby awkwardly attempts to deal with the aftereffects of her predatory other half. The montage of sex and action is interspersed with exposition of Ruby's past. Jack describes her as a young girl by day and a prostitute by night. The reason behind Ruby's transformation is that she must attract people to eat, selling herself to the victim as a desirable woman. Ruby's adult side is the inherently forbidden sexual side of the child Ruby, and also the more wonderful self that she has been longing for. Thus adult Ruby represents not only sexuality but also action, initiative and life-and-death power over others. The younger Ruby is a study in passivity. She is awkward and childish in conversations, and avoids physical contact whenever possible. She is in all senses a child- dependant, indecisive and powerless. Jack's behavior towards Ruby changes with her disposition and appearance. At night, he is her willing sexual partner, playing the inexperienced young man to her artful seductress (note the scene in which adult Ruby licks Jack's neck and back, to his dismay). During the day, however, he is paternal, catching her food and saving her from accidents.

He meets Alpha and Flash (the Downworld counterparts of Donna and Keith) and the trio embark on a mission involving his deceased father's precious telescope. The childish ideas of some of the rulers are really something to laugh about.
Ep 13: The One Called Brad (01/25/93). Jay finally meets the Downworld's ruler Brad, and is shocked to discover he looks exactly like his father - at 15 years old!
When Brad turns 16 he leaves this world. Jay goes inside a giant clock that transports him to a middle-world where his father is alive. The kids go through a wall to the "adult" side and are pursued by Iceface, who makes sure that adults stay on their side. By the final season the main characters are full grown teenagers, and bear little resemblance to the adolescents appearing in the first season.
Impromptu (kinda like AR) Netherlands. Unscripted, unscored musical theatre at Amsterdam's Theater de Cameleon. Ralph de Rijke, Hans Kuykens. In one hilarious scene all the musicians become babies playing with the instruments, their overworked father trying to both control the children and protect the instruments. The babies magically grow up, can suddenly play a perfect salsa, and when the amazed father remarks to the audience "spooky!" the children proudly reply: "We've been practicing, Dad!" We travel in time, looking into the future to see the boss, now an old man, mourn the loss of his wife who never saw her son become famous. Species 3 (AP) 2004 movie. Sexpot alien Eve (Natasha Henstridge) gives birth to daughter Sara. Another alien in the guise of a chubby fat kid kills Eve. The professor escapes with the baby, to extract her pure genes and make the perfect super being. He has "grown" her in his basement, and the child became the blonde Sunny Mabrey, who looks like a young Henstridge. Its up to scientist Almond and his protg Dean to keep her in check.
Naani (male AP's, male AR's) AKA "Nani". India 2004 musical movie, Telugu version of New. 8-year-old kid wants to be a big man to avoid reprimanding by his mother, who beat him for wetting the bed. He is about to commit suicide when a scientist gives him an injection that physically changes Naani into a 28-year-old youth (the injection increases a physical state by 20 years!). His mother lodges a complaint that her son is missing. Transformed into a robust youth, Naani (Mahesh Babu) joins a toy-manufacturing company. Mahesh looks innocent in looks and mannerisms. The daughter of the company owner Priya (Amisha Patel) falls in love with him. However, she looks elderly costarring with Mahesh. The way how she gets closer to the hero in the film is really laudable. By force, he reciprocates his love. Realizing his mothers affection for him, he requests the scientist to return his original shape. It will not work out completely. Naani will be a 28-year-old from dusk to dawn, and from dawn to dusk he will return to his childhood. Compromised with his fate, Naani gets married to Priya, whose father agrees to the match since Naani is an intelligent product designer. In the morning, he goes to school. With the dusk setting in, he is busy with company affairs. Close to the midnight, he becomes a husband. By early in the morning, he sleeps and before the Sun rises, he leaves his wife to don the responsibilities of a boy till sunset. Meanwhile, Priya gets pregnant and his real identity gets disclosed. The dialogues are packed with double meaning. The story ends with a touch of sentiments which make you feel the pain of love when the last kiss of the heroine turns the man into a boy in a man's clothes.

Coming out, she sees a mouse so she runs into Itsuki's room. She gives him a kiss and turns into her adult self. However, just as things are getting romantic, an evil spirit comes in and ruins the situation.
- "Spas-pa Drama CD" 9/24/04 (AFC-3016) Suzu apologizes to Itsuki for being suckered and then asks him to kiss her so she can turn into her adult form and fight. He does so and she manages to rid the evil spirits.
Ayashi no Ceres (flash forward) "Episode of Shuro" novel by Nishizaki Megumi. Focuses on Tsukasa Shuros life from age 4 to death. Shuro pretended to be a boy. She notices that Keis voice is changing, and that he is getting more of a mans body. Suddenly, Shuro feels a deep pain in her belly and runs off to the ocean. Kei stares in shock as he notices the water around Shuro is stained with red, and that Shuros breasts are showing through her wet T-shirt. When she sings her last song Shuros hair grows out and her breasts get bigger (she becomes Tennyo). Kei appears at Shuros side and sings along; Chidori, too.

When she tries to escape, she finds that a machine used by Dr. Lell can control her mind, and even more, her age. He is a "Master of Time". He offers her a deal. In return for her cooperation, he will make her young again.

Being young, Obelix cannot put up the same fight as when he was full size, so the Romans easily capture him and put him on a boat bound for Rome. They dock in Atlantis, where everybody but one elderly gent has used the land's secret elixir of youth to return to childhood. Obelix rejects staying there and playing all day. Hellboy: Weird Tales (AR, AP RN) "Curse of the Haunted Doily" 2003 comic. Kate Corrigan, paranormal researcher, is relaxing at home when she gets an unexpected visit from her dead mother, who promptly begins chiding and lecturing her. As she does so, Kate physically regresses, first into a young teenager, then into a small child. She tries to reach the phone, but her mother's spirit has basically taken over the apartment. She throws a temper-tantrum. At the end she's grown again, telling her co-workers how she solved the situation. (JoeEngland)
The Major and the Minor (kinda disguise ARed) 1942, Billy Wilder, based on play by Edward Childs Carpenter. Ginger Rogers: Susan Kathleen 'Sue' Applegate / Susu. "Is She A Kid - Or Is She Kidding?" A woman disguises herself as a child to save on train fare and is taken in charge by an army man who doesn't notice the truth. Susan is transformed (there is an elaborate scene of metamorphosis at a train station) from a failed woman into a wildly popular young girl; Susan's 'time-transference' allows her to become a subversive sprite. The idea that a little girl can disrupt a rigidly ordered military base on the eve of war is subversive. A hick girl who has blown all her prospects is able to infiltrate the military elite and overturn an arranged marriage. She takes Kirby out of this crippling environment, out of an enchanted land and the witch that would keep him there, even though she herself has magical powers that allow her to change appearance and age at will.
Stigmata (minor aging make-up) 1999. Young Pittsburgh hairstylist/raver (Patricia Arquette) is slowly being possessed by a supernatural force. Investigator Kiernan soon realizes that any young woman who suddenly ages 50 years and becomes fluent in Aramaic probably deserves another look.

Stargate SG-1 (ARed) "Past And Present" season 3. Everyone on a planet has amnesia, they also don't have any elders or children. Sam discovers that Linea has found a way to make herself younger, but it went wrong, and everyone was made young (thus no elders) and given amnesia. They come up with a solution and test it on Orner, and it cures him.
Heroes From Shaolin (AR, old age) "Mo Chun Siu Lam" 8/16/1993, 20 eps. Governor Yin Kon is after a booklet that is supposed to make anyone younger and healthier, and guarantees longer life. Mung Sak escaped with the booklet and used it to make herself younger. She is at least a decade older than Sai Fun, but Sai Fun doesn't know that. The mystery of the booklet is revealed, as Mung Sak suddenly grows really old, surprising Sai Fun. But Sai Fun tells her that no matter how old/ugly she looks, he will still love her. When she turns down his love for her, he goes to Shaolin and becomes a monk.
Androids From Milk (male age stasis, age change) Eugen Egner novel, translated by Mike Mitchell, 2001. An anarchic, surreal novel. Reuben Hecht has been stuck at the age of 17 for 20 years. He decides not to return home, as he has heard reports that the family GP and the parish priest are pursuing him to put him in a children's home for good, since he will never come of age. He starts on a surreal odyssey together with Edwina, who can switch her age at will, to the mysterious Colony to bring back some of the androids developed from UHT milk that have been reported there.
Vamped : A Novel (12 year flash forward, male age stasis) David Sosnowski, 2004. Undead Martin Kowalski is an 80-year-old man stuck in a 20-year-old body. A 3-foot blond obstacle is thrown in his path: 6-year-old human girl, Isuzu Trooper Cassidy. At first he thinks "midnight snack," but before the sun comes up, Isuzu is the one snacking on his prized cereal collection as she charms him into staying undead long enough to raise her in a world rife with danger and almost entirely populated by vampires yearning for the taste of real human blood. Unwilling to vamp her (child vampires, aka "screamers," tend to be disturbed individuals), Martin opts instead to provide a good home for the child until she attains adulthood. I'm not sure how much logic I can suspend to really let slide the fact that a child can be cooped up for nearly 12 years straight with only limited freaky television and a couple hours with her guardian for company and not end up utterly insane.

He sneaks down to the guest room and falls asleep...and the next morning wakes up as a teenager! He goes to high school. Soon enough his whole life is a nightmare. Hair in Funny Places (kinda AP) Babette Cole, 2000, 32 pages. In response to a girl's query to her teddy bear about the process of growing up, he whips up "Mr. and Mrs. Hormone" who "live inside you" and "mix the potions that turn children into adults" while playing havoc with the physical and emotional states of girls and boys between 8 to 18 years. Ted explains her parents' entry into adolescence to his young owner. The candid watercolors and the gleeful depictions of naked bodies may raise adults' eyebrows but children will laugh out loud.

Quite a few characters have shape-shifting powers, sometimes becoming much younger or older to suit a love interest. Barbarian Queen 2: The Empress Strikes Back (AP) 1989 movie. King Ankaris' young daughter Tamas (Cecilia Tijerina) uses black magic to transform herself and seduce Aurion. She prays to a small version of the Mona Lisa to make her an adult, and after a brilliant magical display she is turned into a grown up woman. She uses this "disguise" to infiltrate the rebel camp but then quickly blows her cover by saying a bunch of totally characteristic things and by trying to kill everyone. She returns to the castle and is killed by her own father. When she changes back into a little girl, he realizes that he has killed the joy of his life and quickly takes his own life. How can anyone who's ever spoken with 14 year old Tamis not recognize that voice? Tamis has some crazy accent that's pretty much unmistakable. She doesn't look all that different. Basically she transforms from a teenaged girl into a teenaged girl with slut makeup and permed hair. So the extent of Tamis magical powers is to have makeup magically applied and get her hair permed?
Bazooka Jules (CB, BE, 16 to 18 AP) Neil Googe comic. What does it mean when a young girl suddenly finds herself in an adult body? Julie Glocke is just a nice little English girl. A lecherous computer with a wacky wish-granting style reads her mind. When evil comes knocking, Jules suddenly has a huge techno-bazooka and over-aired basketball boobs springing out through her clothes! Her hair is also longer. Now she's half-naked in the lunchroom, the boys in awe that their good friend suddenly became a super-heroine. When not in battle mode, Jules' guns of each type resume their former non-existence, as does her hair. When threatened, they return. After the professor's tests she sticks plasters on the outside of her shirt, to try to hold her shirt together should she need to grow up and out suddenly, and to draw attention to her breastal area so the boys and the reader remember to keep checking back there visually for the return of great things. 1 2 3

Strange electric light and sound fills incubator dome. Before our eyes, the child blossoms into a full grown woman. Healthy brain remains same size throughout as the rest of body fills out and catches up. Close-up of this woman reveals her to be spitting image of Bianca (pelvis donator) with erie glow in her eyes. While incubator is rising, Bianca emerges immaculate, celestial glow just subsiding. Her arms are outstretched, beckoning. Bob runs into her arms. She doesn't respond (catatonic expression on her face).
Green Lantern (AP) Since Arisia first met Hal, the teenaged GL had a crush on him. However, Hal never noticed. This was difficult for the teenager to understand, and her subconscious desires interacted with her power ring on her body. She started developing a subconscious desire to be older than she actually was. This desire manifested itself slowly, as Arisia's subconscious began acting on her ring and this caused her body to undergo subtle changes that were a great shock to her (GLC #202). The forced maturity was difficult for her to handle. It brought about dizzy spells and periods of illness that became more profound during the fight between the GLs and Black Hand. Due to Arisia's inexperience, he was able to defeat Hal and Arisia and trap them in an abandoned mine. (GLC #205). 206 "In Deep.": Arisia changes from girl to grown woman while she and Hal are alone together. Arisia takes this opportunity to talk to Hal about her feelings for him. She makes the case for her maturity, and in her newly matured body the argument is difficult to disagree with. In her impassioned plea Arisia makes the claim her mind has matured as well as her body. During the course of the conversation, Hal admits that he has grown to have feelings for her in return. Before they are rescued by the other GLs, they admit their love for each other and decide to explore those feelings together.

His costume, an aluminum foil mini-skirt and halter top, was one of the worst of the first season. At the end the writers seem to waver between making him evil or just misunderstood. Blackjack took out the body parts and built her. Although she is 18 years old in fact, her appearance is about 6 years old. She is a very funny girl who is in love with Blackjack and insists that she is his wife. In the 2nd episode, there was a dream sequence of her growing up to an adult figure. (Akira)

On her way home she runs into a young boy waiting to give it back. Aram seems a bit arrogant but very cute. She brings him home with her. At night, he's feeling alone, so Airi lets him sleep with her. Airi wakes up in the morning and feels a man's arms around her. Startled, she looks up and sees Aram's face, all grown up and exploded out of his clothes! Aram's had a spell put on him by his older brother, so that when it's dark he turns into a grown up and can't do magic, even though his mind is still a boy's. To lift the curse, Aram has to kiss his first love. His brother thought that since he's so young, he wouldn't have a love yet. Aram announces that he has to kiss Airi! Airi doesn't want her first kiss to be with someone she doesn't love. He tries to get Airi to agree to kiss him, and Airi struggles with growing feelings for Aram, romantic or sisterly or both, since he is a child, though a lovable one. Even if Airi and Aram like each other, Aram is 1) way younger than Airi, and 2) a prince of another world.

His finger taps a pink blob attached to a network of ganglia associated with the thrill of teenage sexuality. They kiss, thereby setting into motion a mini-Rube Goldberg organism of slurpy procreation complete with sperm, egg and umbilical cord which becomes the rope of the swing which returns us to the opening episode.

There was a Rei Ayanami Japanese PC game, and a sequel, where you raise her much like Princess Maker 2. Definitely more bishoujo in nature, as you could do lots of things to/with her.

Nokia Game (male) 1999-2003. This game is about the speed of life and technical developments. Mika is a 6 year old boy at the beginning of the game but grows up at an accelerated speed. Sisu and Mika are one person in different time frames. Sisu is wheeled into a hospital after he has collapsed. The emergency team shocks him. Not only Sisu survives, but Mika gets alive too (we saw flashbacks from his youth). To catch up with Sisu again, Mika starts living at an accelerated speed. When Sisu lives a year, Mika lives twelve years. Mika thinks, speaks and communicates too fast and can only talk to Sisu using technical devices such as SMS. There is only one moment where Sisu and Mika can meet, and thats when Sisu and Mika are exactly the same age.
