Fukada Kyoko - Avenir 2001 retrospective collection of photos showing her at age 15 to 18 in a two-book set. One book, titled Passe, shows her at age 15 to 17. The other book, titled Present, shows how she looks today at age 18. There are also two head-shot color posters, one at age 15 and the other at age 18. The Passe book shows her in 1998 in school uniform, kimono, miniskirt, bikini, etc. In the second book, she looks different with face-altering make-up. Trying to change her image perhaps.
Momoe Yamaguchi Photographed by Kishin Shinoyama (50 minutes NHK, 1979) Momoe Yamaguchi, who made her debut at the age of 14 in 1973 and quit to marry at 21, was one of Japan's biggest post-war idols. This experimental documentary gives a fascinating record of her growth from girlhood to womanhood.

Ti Biag ni Lam-Ang Philippines, Iloko legend. His father was beheaded by an evil tribe of Igorots. When the mother gave birth, she was surprised when the baby grew up instantly. Lam-Ang avenged his father by going up the mountains himself.
Switchers 1994 first book in trilogy by Kate Thompson. Tess is a Switcher, able to change into any animal she chooses. She discovered this ability at a young age, but she has kept it a secret. While she and her parents are close, she can't tell them about this. Then she learns that Kevin is a Switcher, too. Switchers have to choose whether to be human or animal on their 15th birthdays. Tess and Kevin travel north, Switching from form to form until they find themselves confronting the terrible krools. Some of the details are a bit questionable: the Switchers' clothes change with them, and while that is certainly convenient for the characters, it strikes the reader as implausible. A sequel is Wild Blood, 1999. Tess is almost 15 and has to choose her final shape.

'On Love and Other Demons' The tale of the wonderous Serva Maria, a 12-year-old girl with the gift of tongues, whose lustrous hair grows to 22 metres within her tomb. Before long the lovely but deranged Maria has ensnared the Inquisitorial cleric sent by the evil bishop...she manages through Yoruba magic and childish tantrums, to get her own way.
George's Marvelous Medicine Roald Dahl. George starts to mix up a potion with some house hold items and pours some of it into his mean grandma's tea. She starts growing and getting taller by the minute. She gets so tall that she blasts through the roof. Then George gives some to the farm animals and the same thing happens to them.
LIFE MAGAZINE Years ago (50s or early 60s), LIFE had a one-page photo article taken by a man who had bought his daughter an adult size bikini when she was a baby. Every year, then, he took a picture of her wearing the bikini until she was about 19 and she finally fit in it. (zeketgrimm)

Acorna: The Unicorn Girl 1997 book by Anne McCaffrey and Margaret Ball. (Also Acorna's Quest, Acorna's People, Acorna's World) The young Acorna constantly astonishes her "uncles" with her amazing growth rate and superior intelligence.

"Last month I was ten," she answered politely, but with exagerated slowness. And their way of running was strange: all soft, viscous movements, like a film shot in slow motion. Even the ball had less bounce for them.
Beyond the fence were the lawns and paths of a garden; the barrier surrounding the buildings began at about fifty meters. A breeze moved the leaves in the trees, yet languidly, it seemed, as if they were leaden.
Suddenly, about three in the afternoon, the remote hum of the antenna grew more intense and rose like a siren, an unbearable piercing whistle. I will never forget what happened. Even today, at a distance of years, I awake in the dead of night with a start, confronting that horrible vision.
Before my eyes the four children stretched monstrously. I saw them grow, fatten, become adults. Beards sprouted from male chins. Transformed this way and half naked, their childhood clothes having split under the pressure of lightning growth, they were seized with terror. They opened their mouths to speak, but what came out was a strange noise I had never heard before. In the vortex of unleashed time, the syllables all ran together, like a record player at a higher, mad speed. That gurgling quickly turned into a wheeze, then a desperate shout.
The four children looked around for help, saw us and rushed toward the railing. Her body was strong, lithe, and the sunlight was like warm oil on her skin. Her body seemed to pulse with hot blood, with its endless, continuing growth. He reached out to her, uncertainly, then allowed his hands to drop to his sides. She was taller than him. Visibly older.
Lieserl, through her ruined, rheumy old eyes, was barely able to recognize this young, weeping woman, only a few months older than when she had held up her baby girl to the Sun."
Smallville (November 6 2001, Ep 5? 104) "X-Ray".
16 year old Tina Greer (Lizzy Caplan) has the ability to change her shape at will and is obsessed with Lana, wishing Lana's perfect life was her own. She impersonates Lex and robs a bank, throwing Clark through a window. She takes the
money home and shows it to her mother who disagrees with her robbing the bank. Tina kills her mother by accidentally pushing her down the stairs. She hides the body and
eventually disguises as her mother to run the antique shop. She tells Lana that she wants to move in with her and her aunt. When Martha Kent goes to the store, Tina disguises herself again as her mother but has no clue what Mrs. Kent
wants. As Martha exits we see Tina disguised as Clark driving on the sidewalk, almost running over his Mom! We learn Tina was born with a soft bone disease, showing marked improvement after her third birthday. Tina goes on a shopping spree and buys clothes like Lana. She also borrows Lana's sweater. She morphs into Lana to visit Clark and they kiss. She morphs back into Tina and throws Clark through the barn wall. Tina disguised as Lana meets Whitney at school and borrows his jacket. She disguises as Whitney and meets Lana at the cemetery where she locks her up in a tomb. Tina wants to take Lana's place. Clark then arrives to save Lana. He uses his X-ray power to find her. He saves her out of the tomb and battles the shapeshifter, Tina. Clark slams 'Whitney' against a tree and Tina, unconscious, morphs back to her normal self. Tina Greer
- "Craving" In the bathroom, Jodi weighs herself. She weighs 168 lbs. Suddenly, she feels a grumbling in her stomach. She lifts up her sweater to see inches disappear from her waistline. She looks in the mirror and sees her face morph to a much thinner Jodi. Jodi gets back on the scale. It appears that she’s lost 29 pounds in the last two minutes. A little while later, she weighs herself to find that she has dropped down to 112 lbs. Before she can smile at her success, she is overcome by a ravenous appetite. Her metabolism has accelerated. She kills and devours a deer. Clark finds a very skinny version of Dustin, barely conscious and begging for help. It looks as though Dustin’s been visited by the same fat-sucking vampire that got to the deer.

Fancy Lala 12 13 Fifteen year old Lala still has Miho's nine-year-old personality. She has to learn to walk in high heels. In the fourth episode Miho has to talk on two different cell phones to her agent and her mother at the same time. (Miho is able to pass her voice off as Lala's over the phone.) The transformation scene isn't always the same. The colors change and, in the last episode on DVD, she's wearing a culotte instead of her usual leggings. At one point, she lost her pad she uses to draw adult clothes and can't transform. A broken leg (and cast) also keeps her from transforming.

Brin is being affected by something called 'rapid aging syndrome', normally seen in soap operas in child actors, only she goes from 20 something to 80 something in about six seconds. She is stashed in a closeby Army installation. Even in her decript, old state, she is able to take out her guard.
Magical Project S Anime. Ep 15 "Baby Sammy" - Professor Washu dupes Sasami into testing out her experimental growth formula. At first it works perfectly, transforming Sasami into an adult, but it has an unpredictable side-effect; when Sasami awakes the next morning, she has turned into a baby!

Ojamajo Doremi In the second series (2000-1, episodes 49) the main focus of the story is on raising Hana-chan, a baby whose birth the four girls witnessed from a flower. In this season, the girls are 9 and in the fourth grade. In the third season (2001-2) the Ojamajo are 10 years old. In the fourth series, there is Hana-chan but now she is 10 years old! The Human Body IMAX film. Time Lapse photography shows a face aging and hair growing. Rapidly dividing cells fill the giant screen like a crowd filling a stadium. Young girls say they'd rather not get breasts and hips any time soon. We see the progress of Heather's pregnancy through the narrative of the film, which ends with the birth of her son. In one scene Heather walks on a treadmill, wearing the same sleeveless dress, but shown over the last seven months of her pregnancy. The photography is seamless as her body remains in the same position while walking, but her stomach, breasts, arms and face change shape from month to month.

Merumo Osamu Tezuka tried some sex-education comics in magazines for kids. The most infamous one was Fusigi na Melmo (Wonder Melmo). Melmo, a ten-year-old girl, has to take care of her younger brothers on her own. Her mother comes back from heaven and gives Melmo a bottle of magic candy. When she takes a red pill, she become ten years older. When she takes a blue pill, she becomes ten years younger (so she can revert back to her original age). So after Melmo takes the red pill, she metamorphoses into a mature woman. After taking the candy, she kicks out her greedy foster parents. The real point of the series is the grown-up Melmo's incredibly curvy, voluptuous figure. And, the best part is that small Melmo's clothes are way too small for big Melmo! So every time she takes the red candy, her dress and pants shrink, like the T-shirts of Hooters waitresses. However, Melmo's ten-year-old mind has no sense of her glamorous adult body. Why are my boobs so big? Why is my hip so wide? Dr. Waregalas, Melmo's caretaker and a gynecologist, lectures about everything regarding the reproductive system. Unfortunately, Japan at that time was not yet ready for Melmo. The show's discussions about the birds and the bees brought unsettling silences into family living rooms across the country. Most parents couldn't find it in themselves to answer when their kid asked, "Dad, do you also have sperm?" They hated the show, and it was canceled. transformation (Akira)
