13 Going On 30 Renee Zellweger. In pre-production. Described as a female version of "Big", this project written by the team from the hit "What Women Want" was originally titled "Girls". It revolves around a girl, who, on the brink of her 13th birthday, gets a sneak peek at what her life would be like as a 30-year-old. She's happy to learn that she becomes rich, powerful, and beautiful but is discouraged to find out she didn't get to that point in a very admirable way.

Captain Planet An episode had a lot of size changing themes. A boy and a girl who are friends, along with their pets, are placed in a computer generated world by an alien trying to make a point, where they can make anything they want happen. The two kids' parents don't get along and are often fighting which eventually causes the two kids to turn on each other and as they become older their pets also start to change into adult versions of themselves. But the kids keep aging as they battle each other and the cat and dog eventually evolve into their wilder forms (big cat and wolf) and then as the kids reach adulthood the cat and dog become mutant winged version of themselves. 1

Deathstalker 1984. Deathstalker meets a witch, who tells him to find a guy who lives in a hole. He finds the guy, turns into a kid, "frees" the guy from the hole, and turns back into an adult. Also an m-to-f TG scene.
Food of the Gods part 2 aka "Gnaw" 1989. Dr. Travis has used an experimental serum on a little boy with growth problems, which has caused the boy to grow to about 15 feet. His mother prepared large jars of rice which he ate until the house was barren of food. As he ate he grew, and as he grew the neighbors brought jar after jar of rice and much fruit, meat, and vegetables to help him grow even more. The villagers brought woven cloth and fashioned garments, but he grew so fast they had to enlarge them again and again. He used a suit of iron armor and an iron helmet fit for a warrior ten truong tall.
