It's a Small World
- (male adult age stasis illusion & disguise) 1950, "man in a child's body" story.
Paul Dale is a proportional dwarf who looks like a 6 y.o. boy. It starts with him as a 12 y.o. being teased by his classmates. Then we see him at 21, running away to join the circus, only he lands in a big city where he meets a lovely woman who wants him to steal jewelry and wallets (he has to dress like a little boy to do this). He winds up in the circus after all, and meets a lovely proportional dwarf woman.
It's not really AR, but he does look and sound like a kid, even if he is 21. He's shown smoking a pipe and drinking beer (gets quite drunk and clowns around) and tries to woo a woman, but as the film's poster says, he's "a man forced to live in a child's world".

Over the course of the live-action adaptation, Seto "grows up" from a high schooler into an adult woman. Nagasawa commented on the difficulty of playing a 15-year-old.

Two planets are so close that if you look up, you can see buildings and people on the other planet. You can fall up and rise down between them, and some buildings are on both planets. The upper planet is wealthy and the lower is in poverty. The law states you can only interact if you work for a company where the top floor's ceiling is the bottom floor on the other planet. Basically it's a Romeo and Juliet kind of movie. Halfway through the guy creates something that makes people younger. We see an old woman rejuvenating.

Pseudo-Evil Conversion. In Ep01 a little girl is kidnapped into an underwater base of an alien antagonist and is forced to grow into a mutant villain commander. The AP effect wears off in the last episode (Ep52).
The thing is, she didn't really turn evil. The antagonist just altered her memories a bit.

The classic fairy tale gets a modern twist. The witch is an old Nazi selling a new marijuana blend called "Black Forest". She sucks the life from her first victim, which returns her from old age to middle age. After killing another guy she appears to be in her 30s. Soon she looks like she is in her 20s. We learn she sucks the youth out of her victims to become young, while they become zombies.
Sadly she doesn't age to death, but is shoved into her oven. At the end we find out she survived and still looks young, but when Hansel takes her picture she looks very old.
The same actress played the witch at all ages - (Tazz)

The TF aftermath is great because he asks if EVERYTHING is the same as the man he wanted to look like. Confused, she says yes. He runs into the bathroom and yelps with delight as she gives a surprised look. At the party, he gets into a fight with the would-be boyfriend of his sister, who mistakes his familiarity for being a rival, and punched him out. The next day he nurses a "black eye" and tells Ala Dina he can wait a while to grow up.
