Nobody saw her land. Nobody sees her as she picks herself up and runs toward the lights, swaying on legs that feel unfamiliar. Her shirt strains under her arms, and her jeans ride up above her ankles. She has grown inches and inches; she is almost a woman in her height. The sky stretched her out. Her bare feet scrape against the rough street.
Summer runs as fast as she can, shedding sequins, but to the old lady in mink and corsage, there is nothing special about panting, breathless Summer Godbolt.
When Abigail reaches toward her, Summer grabs her hand. "Save my mother!"
If she had landed in time, her words would have been persuasive, irresistible. But Abigail Paylor frowns; her brow beetles. She could have Summer arrested.
A scream is coming, or a telling-off.
"Happy New Year!" Summer yells at her, and escapes at a dead run.
She bumps into somebody. It's Fernando, with Luis beside him.
Luis says, " I took my shoes off, too." His sneakers dangle from his wrist.
Her mother will never know what her life might have been like if that rogue gust of wind hadn't come along. Summer has got to get her mother to eat, get dressed, and get out into the world. She doesn't know how she'll do that, only that she will, now that she's almost grown. Already she sees that her plan was a child's scheme. For the rest of her life, she'll think of other ways she could have used her power, if she hadn't squandered it..."

Lady Rokka becomes insanely jealous of the attention Ichi is showing to Nina. Unaware that Nina is hosting the Crystal Pearl, Rokka assumes she's a shameless hussy trying to steal her man. So Rokka transforms Nina into a baby, with physical AR and loss of communication skills, but no mental AR. Hilarity ensues, but eventually our heroes are able to get Nina back to the status quo. All this stresses Rokka out so much that she reverts to her true form, a precocious 5-year-old girl. Which in retrospect explains a lot about her personality. Apparently Rokka really is going to be that built once she hits puberty the honest way.

Headquarters, antagonist Major Hyobu uses his ESP power to make everyone else see Minamoto as a 12 year old. Koichi's body outside of the illusion remains fully adult. At 12, Minamoto gets a chance to interact with our 3 ESP preteen heroines as a peer, instead of their supervisor/guardian. Hyobu arranges for Minamoto to attend the girls' 5th grade class , without the other students thinking anything is awry. Minamoto's AR remains in effect throughout the episode, and the trailer for #50 shows him continuing his second childhood.
It is no problem for the girls to apprehend the perpetrator Esper even as their mammaries breach their uniforms. FF/AP scenes of the 10 year old girls remain a possibility. There were many flash forwards of the girls to age 20 in previous episodes.

At the end of ep 10, 17 year old Ibuki Ikaruga, the eldest of 4 sisters, is given a potion by brother/sister antagonists. The brother has romantic designs on Ibuki. The potion causes mental AR; complete loss of all memories acquired since age 4. During ep11, Ibuki acts like (and believes herself to be) a 4 year old. She does not recognize her own sisters, but expects them to be younger than her. Since the youngest one (Kagome) was not even born when she was 4, Ibuki does not recognize her name. She does appear to keep her teen martial arts skills. The mental AR apparently continues into ep12.
