Shaggy, Scooby and Scrappy work-out at Al's Gym. Shaggy and Scooby take a steam bath. While Al goes get some lunch, he instructs Scrappy to shut off the steam in 10 minutes. Scrappy goes swimming but falls asleep for an hour.
Scrappy turns off the machine and finds that Shaggy and Scooby are now diapered infants. It could take up to a week for the effects to wear off. Scrappy now has to be a babysitter. When he feeds them, Scooby eats Shaggy's hamburger flavored oatmeal, and they both begin crying.
Next, he takes them to the park. Scrappy rests on a bench and expresses how hard babysitting is. The babies play in the mud, much to Scrappy's annoyance.
Scrappy gives them a bath, but they get carried away in a bubble. Scrappy races with the carriage to catch them when the bubble pops. They roll into a baby contest, and Scooby and Shaggy are instant winners, until they AA-"grow" big again in the host's arms. Having no memory of how they got there, Shaggy asks Scrappy to explain. Too overwhelmed to do so, Scrappy passes out in the carriage, sleeping like a baby. He promptly wins the cutest baby trophy.
Shaggy and Scooby roll the carriage through the park, deciding to let Scrappy sleep for now, and let him explain what happened later.
