His new allies, the Monster Society of Evil, arrive to attack Batman. A WHIZ TV news van arrives, and Sivana realizes that Captain Marvel can't be far behind.

Billy and Mary Marvel meet with their friend Freddy Freeman, who is happy that they've loaned him a share of their powers. They overhear a newscast of the battle and recite their magic words, transforming into Captain Marvel, Mary Marvel, and Captain Marvel Jr.

Batman is overwhelmed but the Marvel Family arrives and attack he villains. Batman frees himself and together the heroes make short work of the Monster Society. Sivana whips out his newest weapon, an age-reversing ray. Batman is hit before the others can destroy the weapon, and Sivana uses a smoke grenade as cover so he and his Society can escape in a rocket. The Marvels check on Batman, who is now a ten-year-old.

At his secret lair, Sivana berates his allies for failing to steal the parts he needs for his death ray. However, a new villain enters and says that the problem is the Society's leadership. The villain boasts that he can increase the death ray's power a thousand fold, and he will use his mind control powers to turn the Marvels against each other. The Society votes Sivana out and accept their new leader: Mr. Mind, a small worm.

Batman briefly worries about his acne, but then sets out to track the lens that Sivana stole and the other components for the weapon. The one thing the Society doesn't have is a power source, and the Fawcett City provider is the only thing suitable.

The villains are stealing the fusion chamber, while Sivana complains to Mr. Mind. The leader tells him to leave the thinking to him, but Sivana points out that the Marvels are coming. Captain Marvel demands to know how to reverse the effects of the deaging ray. The ten-year-old Batman arrives late and the Society attacks. Unseen, Mr. Mind enters Mary Marvel's ear and takes control of her mind, turning her against Captain Marvel and Captain Marvel Jr. The villain then enters Captain Marvel Jr.'s ear and forces him to attack Captain Marvel. Meanwhile, Batman grows ever younger and finds himself fighting the Society. Mr. Mind enters Captain Marvel's mind and he attacks his sister and friend, complaining that they only have powers because of him. Batman tries to stop them while the villains escape with the collider. Mr. Mind slips away and boasts to Sivana that he has succeeded where the genius hasn't.

Back at the fight, Batman tricks Captain Marvel Jr. into saying his magical word, and the magic lightning strikes him and the others, transforming them back to their normal forms. The feelings of resentment are still there and the three of them leave, causing a toddler Batman to break into tears.

The next day, toddler Batman observes as each of the Marvels goes their separate ways, and determines a way to bring them back together. He starts leaving drawings for each of them, showing them fighting and toddler Batman in tears.

Mr. Mind puts the finishing touches on the death ray, but Sivana casts him to the ground and shoots the weapon at him to test it. Mr. Mind grows into a gigantic mantis-like creature, and explains that he counted on Sivana to double-cross him. The giant Mr. Mind goes on a rampage, but toddler Batman vows to stop him, realizing that the villain turned the Marvels against each other. However, the reunited Marvel Family arrives and attacks. As the villain fires beams of energy from its antenna, baby Batman runs to the growth ray projector and rewires it to become a shrinking ray. Batman attacks and draws Mr. Mind toward the growth ray projector, but is too small to reach the controls as he becomes even younger. However, he uses a Batarang to pull the lever, reverting Mr. Mind to his normal form. Once the Marvels arrive, baby Batman directs them to the growth ray, and they use it on him to undo the deaging effect. (Male Ar/RN)
